All 12 activities draw from different inspiration: some from harmonious dance-like movements inspired by ancient Asian traditions, others from the scientific and or intense sporting activities of western traditions. Further activities simply offer you the pleasure of learning and experiencing physical activities, all while being introduced to real mountain living and the world and elements that surround it. Everyone can do these activities - there are no limitations of age, ability or fitness. Small improvements in the level of fitness can make a big difference to the general well being of everyone.
