Presolana rock massage 
The Presolana is not only a splendid Dolomite mountain, unchallenged, it dominates the highlands which closes off the Valle Seriana, and adds an extraordinary “healthy” element to the local ecosystem. As the rainfall passes over the rocks, it is purified and enriched with mineral salts before filling the underground basins. The Presolana, standing tall at 2,521m, blocks the colder northern winds offering a particularly mild climate to this mountainous area. Among its rock you can find rare flowers such as the Saxifraga Presolanensis, which does not grow in any other part of the world. Particularly rich in calcium carbonate and magnesium, Presolana rock provides precious minerals for our skin. At the Alpen Spa, the rock is crushed and mixed with Dead Sea salt, organic Scots Pine essential oil and organic lavender. The mixture is then heated and put in little bundles of linen used during a massage that employs the ancient ayurvedic technique. The result is a splendid multifunctional massage: purifying, relaxing and delicately exfoliating, reviving the circulation, redistributing energy and draining.

Chakra stone massage
