Holistic massage

The name comes from the Greek word Olos: whole, global, and complete. The holistic massage always treats the body as a whole entity, using open and expanding movements. As such, all the body’s tissues are united in a ‘holistic’ manner leading to a new level of profound wellness for your body. An initiation ritual for your senses, your sight and smell will lead you to self diagnosis and hence guide you to choose the best mix of essential oils for your wellbeing.

Shiatsu

An enlightening image of the Shiatsu action was passed down to us from the ancient teachers: the image was of a mother hugging her child. Like the hug of a mother, Shiatsu looks to reconstruct the ideal conditions for wellbeing, vitality, equilibrium and harmony. By using the thumbs, the palms of the hand and the elbows, precise and deep pressure points are applied to energetic pathways, called meridians to improve the natural flow of energy, or qi through the body. This massage improves circulation, eliminates disharmony, alleviates stress and renews the energetic equilibrium.
DURATION APPROX. 60 MIN. / € 70,00

Watsu

Deeply relaxing, this massage in warm water, combines delicate stretching with the pressure used in Shiatsu, all while you are cradled in water. The lightness of your body in the water is taken advantage of, liberating the spinal vertebrae to move the joints and lengthen the muscles freely. These rhythmic movements, similar to a dance, are carried out in harmony with your respiration, favoring the natural regeneration of the body and mind. Thus, body tension is liberated and you have more chance to be at one with you. Tao said of water: “Nothing is more soft and giving than water, and yet nothing hollows out better than that which is strong and hard”.
DURATION APPROX. 60 MIN. / € 90,00
