Rights and responsibilities of a SPA host
There are many spas in the world offering unique experiences, dedicated to providing a variety of professional services that stimulate the renewal of mind, body and spirit. In order to enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, please observe the rules listed below and act responsibly. Being aware of these common sense rules can help ensure the satisfaction, comfort and safety of your visit and of all other guests.
The following are simple rules all guests are asked to follow for our benefit and for the benefit of all Alpen Spa guests.
- Communicate your preferences, expectations, and concerns
- Communicate complete and accurate information about your health and the reasons for your visit.
- Treat staff and other customers with courtesy and respect.
- Use products, equipment and therapies as indicated.
- Leave your spa surroundings the way in which you found them.
- Follow the procedures and policies required by the SPA
As an Alpen Spa guest, you have the right to:
- A clean, safe and comfortable environment.
- Stop your treatment at any time, for whatever reason.
- Be treated with consideration, respect and dignity.
- Privacy regarding your treatments and your health information.
- Trained and professional staff, respecting the protocols of all Alpen Spa treatments, policies and procedures.
- Information regarding the training of staff including access to diplomas and certificates

Alpen SPA Policies
- Opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00 - reservations required.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may only be admitted from 09:00 to 12:30
- In all areas of the Alpen Spa, including the saunas, it is compulsory to wear a bathing suit
- Use of mobile phones within the SPA is strictly prohibited.
- We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before any treatment.
- Treatments canceled 24 hours in advance will not be charged, otherwise the full amount will be charged
- Upon entering the Alpen Spa, a bathrobe, slippers and a mini ExCE kit - our certified organic products – will be provided. Before entering the sauna, towels and an ExCE scrub kit will be provided
